Yes! Within the app and online portal you can swap out recipes you don't care for with other dietitian approved recipes. You can also swap ingredients. For example, if you only have wild rice but the recipe calls for brown rice... feel free to use what you already have at home! Sustainable and it saves money.
We do not provide refunds. Before joining, I encourage you to read through what is included so you know what to expect.
Once you choose your membership plan and sign up, you will automatically have access to the Welcome content and will be re-enrolled and re-billed based on the plan you choose (monthly or every 3 or 6 months). You may cancel your membership at any time.
