Cold weather can trick your body into feeling less thirsty, but dehydration can still impact your performance and recovery. You may not feel as sweaty as you were during the summer months, but you still need just as many fluids!
Dehydration in the winter can leave you feeling sluggish, reduce your focus, and even increase your risk of injury. Staying properly hydrated supports your endurance, reaction time, and recovery.
Here are some simple tips to help you stay on top of hydration this winter:

A quick way to check your hydration is to check the color of your urine. If your urine is a dark apple juice color, you are dehydrated! The goal color is more like lemonade.
